Victoria Warehouse – Megan & Benn

Victoria Warehouse, Manchester is an industrial wedding venue that is perfect for a creative wedding. Victoria Warehouse totally blows you away with how weird and wonderful it really is. The bar area is super cool and quirky but then there are rooms and rooms of vast concrete, brick and steel that serve as a raw industrial backdrop for pretty much anything as long as you have the imagination.

Enter Megan and Benn, who absolutely have imagination by the bucketload. Like seriously, what world did we step into that day? Totally falling down the rabbit hole with Alice in Wonderland. And then greeted by a lush forest and magical, (and slightly sinister in places) creatures and characters from the C. S. Lewis novel.

The room is dimly lit. So we’re not going to lie, Victoria Warehouse is a challenge to photograph! But we had such a great time with Megan and Benn and their families. As you can see, it’s hard not to just take in the surroundings. These guys have such an eye for detail! We just fell in love with Megan and Benn as well as this stunning creative wedding!

    Creative wedding styling

Industrial wedding venues like Victoria Warehouse are becoming more popular for offbeat brides and this place is an excellent choice. Industrial wedding venues don’t need the matching styling.

You can go wild and have taxidermy squirrels on top of a stack of books for table centre pieces holding playing cards, yeah? Did we mention they were slowly rotating? You can have a piñata instead of a wedding cake, no problem. You can do your first dance in dinosaur costumes. We’re totally going to encourage all of those things because we love quirky and creative ideas. And because, above all else, your wedding should reflect you 🙂
